Aluminium trays, cut on our CNC machines, can be made to your specifications, powder coated to any colour with a RAL/BS code.
Aluminium composite is a lightweight sign product made of two thin sheets of aluminium with a polyethylene core. This product was created with various display purposes in mind, with a medium-term external lifespan of approximately 5 years. We only use the highest quality branded composite, all foldable grade, such as Skybond, Dibond & Reynobond.
The sheets are pre-coated with a vast range of standard colours, effects and patterns. Some of the effects available are amazing such as realistic marble, wood and stone plus the newer black brushed stainless, copper and bronze effects.
Both options can be backed simply with acrylic or they can have suitable vinyl/print applied. They can also showcase raised flat cut or built up letters and logos of any shape and size, with many different variations possible.
