Neonplus® lettering for the Sign Room

At The Sign Group, working alongside signage suppliers is something we specialise in. Our most recent project meant teaming up with our client The Sign Room, based in Nottingham. They provide a full range of services from design for print to general signage and vinyl cut lettering. They came to us looking for a bespoke new set of Neonplus ® signage for their client Centre:MK, a bustling regional shopping district situated in the heart of Milton Keynes.

Working closely with The Sign Room was integral to the success of this project and ensuring Centre:MK was pleased with the result. Working collaboratively in this way meant that we were able to create bold designs which worked alongside the existing environment and complemented the brand accordingly.

Creating vibrant yet efficient signage was key in this project, so using NeonPlus® lettering was essential to make super-bright, neon-esque signs which made a statement without the downsides associated with traditional neon. Our NeonPlus® NP2 letters with vinyl to the faces were fixed to brass backing plates allowing us to create bespoke, eye-catching signage which not only stands out, but will also stand the test of time.

We love creating unique, bespoke signage for a project on such a large scale like this. Seeing the final results makes all the hard work worth it. Overall we enjoyed our time working with The Sign Room and are so pleased that they are happy with the outcome. The signs came out even better than we expected. Their bright, vibrant, on brand design fits seamlessly as part of the centre and shows how well large scale collaborative projects like this can work.
