With three top-notch CNC machines, as well as a CO2 laser cutter and a fibre laser we're kitted out t’ nines. That’s not all, we’ve got decades of experience in our back pocket and we know how important it is to get things bob on. Our sharp-eyed team are ready to take on any challenge, no bother.
CNC/Laser Cutting Services: We offer precision cutting services using CNC routers and laser cutters, with additional welding and soldering options for enhanced customization.
Component Cutting: Our component cutting service allows you to supply the material or have us source it. We offer various levels of finishing, such as removing routing tabs, adding locators, or painting to meet your specifications.
Milling: Our milling services cater to a range of needs, from deep engraving in woods or foamex to reducing the weight of heavy acrylic pieces. We can also adjust material thickness through milling if required.
Stencils: We create stencils for quick jobs using budget materials or more durable options for repetitive work. These stencils, whether CNC or laser-cut, serve various purposes, including floor markings, packaging, and interior design.
Flat Cuts: Our flat cut letters and shapes elevate projects beyond traditional print or vinyl. We offer countless combinations of effects, colours, and fixings, providing versatility for your needs.
